Refund & Return Policy
At ASPIRA-VIII, every product is made-to-order and custom-produced specifically for each customer. Due to the nature of our production process, we maintain a strict no refund and no exchange policy under most circumstances to ensure each order is crafted to the highest standards.
No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
Each item is custom-made for your order. Once production begins, the product cannot be restocked or resold, which is why refunds and exchanges are not possible. This policy is standard for custom-made products.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing our size guide before placing an order. Since all items are made-to-order, we cannot offer size exchanges once an order has been placed.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect (wrong design, size, or product), you are eligible for a free replacement.
Replacement Process
To request a replacement, please contact us within 5–7 business days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacement Costs
If the issue is due to our error, we cover all costs associated with the replacement, including production and shipping.
Product Availability
All products are made-to-order. Availability may vary depending on current material and production stock. In rare cases where a selected option is unavailable, our team will contact you with the closest available alternative or solution.
