Each piece is custom-produced specifically for your order. Once production begins, the item cannot be restocked or resold — which is why refunds and exchanges are not possible. This is standard practice for customized products.

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before purchasing. Since all items are custom-made, we are unable to offer size exchanges once the order is placed.

If we made a mistake on our end (wrong design, wrong size sent, or incorrect item), we will replace your product at no additional cost.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you are eligible for a free replacement.
